  1. SHAREWARE AND REGISTERED VERSIONS

  4. Shareware is an exciting marketing method which allows you to try top
  5. quality software before you pay the author. With shareware, you cannot
  6. be disappointed spending money for a program that's not right for you.
  7. the small fee you pay to us covers only the duplication and
  8. distribution costs, and permits you to evaluate the program.
  9.  
  10. If you continue the use a shareware program after a reasonable evaluation
  11. period (42 days) you must send the author the additional payment he or
  12. she requests (normally described as a "registration fee"). This payment
  13. normally entitles you to technical support, printed manual, bonus
  14. programs and more. Your payment supports authors, allowing them to
  15. continue writing newer and better shareware programs.

  17. Shareware versions may be freely copied and given to others, provided
  18. all the files are copied, and the recipient is made aware that the
  19. programs are shareware, and informed that they are required to pay the
  20. registration fees if they use the program past a reasonable evaluation
  21. period.

  23. Registered versions are "fully paid up" copies of a program. Often they
  24. come with printed documentation. As a general rule, they may not be
  25. copied or shared around for evaluation - that is the purpose of the
  26. shareware version.

  31. Overseas users - we CAN accept personal cheques (checks) in your local
  32. currency - they take about 2 weeks to clear. Ask your bank how much
  33. the amount below is in your local currency, and write us a cheque for
  34. that amount. It will save you having to fiddle with foreign exchange
  35. drafts. Eg $A30 at 77 US cents per $A1 = $US23.10

  52.                   Can handle any size hard drive, or any number of hard
  53.                   drives, can backup across networks. Can back up tp Zip
  54.                   Drives and similar removeable hard disks. Uses
  55.                   compression. You take a full backup only once. After
  56.                   that, Backup Fugue backs up only files which have
  57.                   changed. All files are written to the one backup set,
  58.                   making it easy to find them later. You can keep
  59.                   multiple versions of files if you desire, and obsolete
  60.                   files are deleted from the backup and the space reused.

  86. shareware principle works for you. If you are unable to resolve a

  89. you resolve a dispute with an ASP member, but does not provide
